Legal aid for diseases and employment?
In January I applied for a job in Hastings. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis, but while he was in remission. It has been increasingly difficult for me to get up, or get out of bed in the morning, and I had to call in sick a lot. (For those of you who do not know, RA is when the immune system attacks the joints, and can be very debilitating.) Well, I had to call again today, and when I did my manager I said next time I worked, we had to have a meeting "which is what they say before they fire someone. I called three hours before my shift, manual says that if you do two hours ahead is not going to write one. The last time he called me because it was written only an hour and 40 minutes before my turn. What I want to know Can I be fired based on my absences caused by this disease?
you should see a dr. ask them to write that you have been sick. a friend of mine have it. You may also qualify for disability or partial disability so I could work part time. watching my friend who can sometimes bed ridden and I can understand what to expect from
