arthritis chiropractic
I am attending chiropractic session for my knee pain, am I doing right?

I've had knee pain for 6 years. My problem arthritis is small in both knees and my left leg has turned outwards. Experts say they do not need surgery at this stage, so I'm attending chiropractic. I have attended four sessions so far, but I see no change, the question is whether to continue or stop before any other damage is done to knees.

In general, chiropractors should be avoided, since they are not real doctors and in many cases do more harm than good, taking all the time recommend more money and alignments. Instead, you will see better results for both healthy eating and regular exercise a bit of low impact. low-impact exercise is essential because it helps strengthen your muscles. Water aerobics and walking are good exercises, but be sure to consult your doctor first. Learning to live with arthritis is also a big step, where we identify the tasks that are difficult for you and then find ways to make them easier.
