Any ideas for quick relief of an attack tendinitis?

I am a writer and a few days at the end of the keyboard in severe pain. I know Tylenol arthritis aid but does anyone have any real advice to help alleviate an attack after it has begun? Any ideas to prevent this? I'm in agony!

I have been suffering from tendinitis in his right wrist for over 3 years and was very ill during exam periods so I know how you feel. In the short term I found the compression (ie tubigrips) when I'm doing a repetitive activity. Also, always use a wrist rest with the keyboard and mouse. Take ibuprofen regularly when you start (or before if you know it's going to be busy) also helps, but it may take some time to kick in really bad if you can combine with based medicine paracetamol and ibuprofen if it is a serious RUB base. Another thing to do is massage the area regularly, every night if you can, more if possible. Although I think that is a bit painful to do, they feel better after wards. In addition, mobilize their wrist if you get stuck in one position for too long (ie, writing) moving gently up and down strokes of steroids side to side regularly. are also a good option. My first worked for 8 months, although the latter does not worked. I found it took about 2 weeks to give yes – no immediate relief. Some doctors may recommend a period of detention before a coup. Imobilisation I have found works wonders in the short term, but the problem is that you can lose muscle if too long. An alternative, noninvasive treatment of Acupuncture is the ultrasound. For some people it works great, do not work for me before the operation (trying again now that I have, it is too to get results soon though), but that does not mean it will not work for you. If nothing else massage the area and takes you into the flowing blood and promotes healing. If all else fails, surgery. If I have, de Quervain this is about 80% success rate (you can tell if you stick your finger in the palm of your hand and form a tip your fist down below the hand, if you get a pain in the inside of your wrist will probably have deQuervains. So, basically, compression, ice and medication during an attack and seek medical attention to other treatments and massages and the rest of your wrist when you can. I hope this help!
