septic arthritis children
can i file a case against an hospital and doctor after 2 years of incident?
at the time of birth 2 years back, my child was infected with some infection in hospital and was then given heavy antibiotics which later developed septic arthritis of multiple joints, his growing plates of bones were damaged, i was unable to file a case due to his regular treatment and ofcourse due to financial restrictions. Now i want to file a case against doctor and hospital, can i do this after 2 yrs and almost six months after this incident and how strong it would be ? plz help
Generally no chances to sue hospital, but u have ample of money, time and life u can go ahead.
