sacral iliac joint swollen?

I had the hip and knee .. low back pain for several weeks, with pain and burning in my leg in bed at night, X-rays show inflammation of my right sacroiliac joint ,,,,, I tried the handling and treatment of electro,,,, yet can not sleep and can not walk, can not sit without pain,,,, what else can I do? I go on holiday within 4 weeks and must be mobile to enjoy it. I am only 57 years old,,, early retired nurse / midwife.

We apologize for this hun. I pain as day. They have done for 5 years. I'm used to live with her desire to not only have to! If you go somewhere nice and warm and then the pain subsides. Weird but true. In the UK I use a cane. On holiday on a Greek island I can not walk properly. Just a quick thought, the pain in your leg sounds like nerve pain. Ask your doctor if he / she will order pregabalin. The tablets have helped me with this pain. I am 51 for sure. We hope you enjoy your holiday.
