memory foam mattress arthritis
Memory foam mattresses?
I was watching the 8-inch queen size that Walmart carries. I have arthritis and these types of mattresses are highly Recommended. Do you have one of these mattresses? I know they stay hot, so cool how do you keep yours? What do you like and dislike about it mattress? What do you have? All answers are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I did some research, but what I found it really comes down to the thickness of each layer. The top, which is the memory foam, is usually 3 inches thick, and the foam base is two to twelve inches. Just curious as to who has what and their preferences.
We have a Tempurpedic. In the winter is great as it holds the heat from your body. In the summer, not so much – living in New England without central air conditioning, and it becomes almost "sticky" feeling. There is no real way to "keep it fresh." I love the actual support it and sleep on it, but my husband does not. Not exactly a "soft surface like a pillow-top, but it will sink in. Especially in the summer months, if Go around, it takes a little effort.
The other response which suggests that "prove" that sounds like the best solution. The furniture store in which we had bought up to 90 days "no questions asked" return policy. I think my husband wishes he had returned to us, but I'm happy. All depends on individual preferences.
