Memory foam mattresses?

I was watching the 8-inch queen size that Walmart carries. I have arthritis and these types of mattresses are highly Recommended. Do you have one of these mattresses? I know they stay hot, so cool how do you keep yours? What do you like and dislike about it mattress? What do you have? All answers are greatly appreciated. Thanks! :) I did some research, but what I found it really comes down to the thickness of each layer. The top, which is the memory foam, is usually 3 inches thick, and the foam base is two to twelve inches. Just curious as to who has what and their preferences.

We have a Tempurpedic. In the winter is great as it holds the heat from your body. In the summer, not so much – living in New England without central air conditioning, and it becomes almost "sticky" feeling. There is no real way to "keep it fresh." I love the actual support it and sleep on it, but my husband does not. Not exactly a "soft surface like a pillow-top, but it will sink in. Especially in the summer months, if Go around, it takes a little effort. ;) The other response which suggests that "prove" that sounds like the best solution. The furniture store in which we had bought up to 90 days "no questions asked" return policy. I think my husband wishes he had returned to us, but I'm happy. All depends on individual preferences.
