knuckle arthritis symptoms

symptoms:
tummy pain
back pain
moody
sleepy
but no discharge and i am only 10

joint pain in my knuckles and knees occasionally elbows.
are you on any medication?
If not, It could be your period coming or you could possibly just need more sleep.
Do you have any stomach problems though, besides the pain? Because Im not a doctor, but I had colitis and I know it can cause joint pain and tummy pain, sleepyness…but that is only if ur symptoms include diahrea I would see the doctor.
