Do you think I have Crohn's disease? I'm active women 27 years of age. I have had constant diarrhea about 4 months until last week. My stool has been every color imaginable, yellow, green and black. I had blood in my stool striking twice. I saw the doctor a couple of times because I had diarrhea and was very fatigue.
