Females young arthritis, fatigue, exercise and being overweight w / no results?

I am 29 years and was an active person until approximately 4 years. He w been diag / lupus and arthritis Rhematoid now only mild arthritis in my shoulders, back, arms, knees and ankles. My analysis of blood and they did not show the last few years, but moving through a new doctor, he says, basically, I'm just fat and need to lose weight. I'm 5'10 and about 25 pounds over my normal BMI range. I admit I'm fat but I'm trying, I have been exercising (days that is not too cold), but I still walk on the treadmil (can not run no balance dizziness), get a bike and lift weights for an hour. I'm watching what as, 100% whole wheat bread, vegetables, lots of protein, water, not soda, have a lot of thought stress child with ADHD, deployed husband, either been / going through the same any suggestions on exercises, meals, changes in life? No diet pills, Thanks

I am also overweight, but a little older than you, with 3 children. I tried everything to lose weight and had a very difficult time. My joints ache, it was difficult to breathe at times and was always tired. my doctor tested my thyroid (a simple blood test) and found that I have hypothyroidism disorder (this slows down your motabolism) now I take a small pill a day and a little exercise, and try to see what I eat and the pound melting ….. on the type of 5 or more pounds per month. I have more energy and feel good! Thus that would suggest asking your doctor about testing your thyroid and also about depression as its description sounds like it could be one or possibly something more. dont settle for just getting your syptoms treated, we must establish what is the underlying cause of symptoms. good luck to all
