Arthritis Pain Relief

my right hand under my pink ring and the finger began to hurt yesterday outside the blue line to my shoulder blade?

Yesterday, my right hand below my ring finger and pinky began to hurt, but I also noticed my right shoulder blade is a little sore right ad. I just turned 34 and I was wondering Do you think this is arthritis or think your way to sleep. A system of rain coming through the area yesterday and everyone at work told me it was the pressure that causes pain in my bones, but not sure if that's true or not.

C8/T1 nerve is being pinched in the neck.
