arthritis gardening gloves
What do your hands say about you?
Mines have scars and freckles gardening too often without gloves. I have calluses on my fingertips years of strumming the guitar. Blood veins are dark and raised. The nails are in need of a manicure. My knuckles are starting to show signs of arthritis. But they have felt the fever of sick children, touched the cheek of the baby and have shaken hands a couple of Presidents and to me. How you feel about your hands?:
My hands are small and my nails are short. They are the hands of a mother, grandmother and hands are daughter. These workers cooking and peeling potatoes, washing dishes and scrubbing floors, tired of writing letters, but still soft enough to caress the face of my mother 86 years of age and again hands grandchild. My babies are never tired to help out the needy.
