Vitamin D, besides milk and sun?

While technically I totally dislike the sun .. one reason why im so pale too I like milk. anything else I can try out? addition of eggs .. i eat too lol. I see my bones are weaker and much Hella crack. and starts thehabit hurt and to stop them or crack themselves. IMA honestly am not so sure has arthritis, but good ideas? :)

Many calcium supplements contain a good amount of vitamin D, but also remember that you can get your daily amount of vitamin D, with only 4 or 5 minutes in the sun. It's not like everything has to be there the day. Multivitamins are vitamin D. TOTAL think the cereal is not. My favorite – orange juice Tropicana has a good amount of vitamin D in it. If your bones are beginning to crack and all that, you should take more calcium. That is supposed to have 1,500 mg of calcium per day if you are prone to arthritis. The extended throughout the day (500 mg at a time). Bearing all this in the morning you will be using the toilet.
