arthritis damp weather
It damp weather and rainfall affecting arthritis and fibromyalgia?
It's really affecting my computer use. I spent about 4 days ago when pouring rain and I'm paying for it. One hour a day is my limit and pushed too far. We're having a very strange weather, this is a region semiarid and we had almost a week of rain, with 1 hot sunny day. My fibromyalgia really has exploded, it hurts to pick up the TV remote or answer the phone! I know many of you have had cooler weather than usual wet if you can believe TV news. Is it affecting your ability to move and do things and raise levels of pain? Today we had blue skies and sunshine and, although still not get "hot" was pleasant and I could feel the difference. I left to the store to do some shopping.
We had two weeks of solid rain, thunder and a tornado once in a while and my arthritis and Fibro are driving me back crazy. So yes, I do not like the humidity. CJ
