Can men take STARFLOWER oil? I know women intake from borage oil to reduce moodyness during peroids and stuff, but STARFLOWER oil can also help people with arthritis – My dad has a case of arthritis in his arm, and I told him to take oil Borage after discovering it can help arthritis, but my mom thinks that men do not take them? I do not think theres no reason why men do not should take them. Borage oil can benefit a lot of things, such as arthritis, alcoholism, blood pressure, and many more! And help during periods of women. Therefore not be limited to only women with these problems?
